November 2023

After 11 years of faithful service to our church, Jeff Fritsche has moved on to follow a new calling to pastor a church in Colorado. We are grateful for everything he and his family gave to our church, and we are praying for them and their new ministry.

Now we are entering into a search process to discern who God might call to be our next Lead Pastor. We have engaged with a leading ministry search firm to help us. The process could take 8-12 months or more, but the most important thing is to follow the wisdom and leading of God to have the right man leading this wonderful church into the next season.

We will continue to update this page and share updated information on the weekly church emails, but in the mean time, please join us in prayer for God’s sovereign hand to guide this process.

Update: January 2024

Our search process is on schedule for us to have pre-vetted candidates presented from our search firm by the end of January. At that point, our search committee will begin interviewing these candidates. The search committee is comprised of our elders plus six Partners:

Update: March 2024

The elders and search committee have been hard at work interviewing candidates, and we are currently talking to 2 finalists. Please join us in praying that God would unify the hearts and minds of White Rock Fellowship and the right candidate, ultimately leading us both towards the future that He has planned for us.

Update: April 2024

After much prayer, the Lord has led us apart from our final remaining candidate. We are following up with our search firm to gather more candidates to interview, and trust that God is leading us to who He ultimately has prepared to lead our church. We trust Him, and ask that you continue to pray for those in our church who are involved with this effort, as well as for the future Lead Pastor of White Rock Fellowship.
