Scott Barfoot has been a part of White Rock Fellowship for over 10 years as a partner and leader. He and his wife Debbie have their three children: David, Joel, and Karissa. They, along with Debbie’s parents Peter and Hailing, live in Lake Highlands.

Scott works as Professor and the Director of Doctor of Ministry Students at Dallas Theological Seminary. Scott aspires to equip and empower global executive, pastoral, and educational ministry leaders who impact the next generation for the cause of Christ. Having served in a variety of pastoral leadership capacities in rural Canadian and suburban Asian and American churches in Canada and the United States since 1992, he has a special heart for leadership development in the local church. Scott has a masters of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and Ph.D from Regent University. His most recent research surveyed pastors to assess their views on local church ministry in the midst of the global pandemic.
